What payment methods can I use?
- Cash
- All major credit & debit cards (excluding Electron if booking by telephone and American Express)
- Cheques (made payable to ‘London Borough of Croydon’)
There is a 50p charge for each transaction made by credit card (one charge, no matter how many tickets you buy).
Am I entitled to a discount?
Over 60s, people with disabilities, claimants, students, and under-16s are entitled to concessionary prices for most events. Please ask at the Ticket Office when you book. Concession prices are not available on cinema tickets for screenings after 5pm on Friday or Saturday.
Can I reserve tickets?
Reservations can be held for three days for all events except films, Active Lifestyles, Sports and Media courses.
Can I return of exchange my tickets?
We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased.
Can I bring children?
Children are welcome to attend our Children’s Events. Other Film, Theatre, Comedy and Music performances may only be suitable for young people over a certain age. Please check suitability with the Ticket Office. Children under 12 years old must always be accompanied by an adult when visiting the Clocktower
